Developed by IT Partner, Tenant Optimizer is an application built for Global Administrators. It runs a thorough analysis of your Microsoft 365 tenant and turns it into a clear, prioritized picture of your environment — what to fix first, where you are overspending, and how to tighten security.
At the top of every report is an AI‑generated Tenant Health Summary: the most important findings across your tenant, ranked by urgency (Critical / Important) and written in plain language — for example, unused licenses and their annual cost, privileged accounts without MFA, stale or dormant accounts, non‑compliant or unencrypted devices, and abandoned SharePoint sites. Below the summary, detailed recommendations are organized into three focus areas so you always know what matters most and why.

The report is delivered to your email when the analysis completes, and is available to download, view, and share.
To run an analysis, the app needs permission to access your tenant's data (permissions can only be granted by a user with the Global Administrator role). When the analysis is complete, you will have access to the comprehensive report.
